VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
This person will interface with all the team leads and the event promotor to ensure that each area of the event is properly staffed. This roll with require tracking all volunteers, ensuring that we have accurate contact information and that communication about the event is properly communicated to all team members.
STAGE MANAGERS
We need two stage mangers. One for our outside venue and one for our acoustic café stage. Responsibilities will include interfacing with the Program Manager and coordinating the stage crew to efficiently transition from one artist to another in a tight and timely schedule.
ACOUSTIC CAFÉ AND BAND AND VOLUNTEER SUPPORT SERVICES
We need volunteers to work with our awesome café manager and provide meal service for our Acoustic Café and provide meal and support services for our bands and volunteer teams. We also need kitchen and cleanup personnel.
YOUTH ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
Create and manage a youth activities program for our festival.
PHOTO JOURNALIST
We need a volunteer (or two) to record, both in pictures and prose, the wonderfulness of this event!
CAMPING MANAGER
We will have many campers at Hopefest and we need a team leader to ensure that all our families have all their questions and needs taken care of.
FIRE PIT MANAGER
Yes, that’s right we need someone whose sole responsibility is to start, manage, and monitor our Saturday night fire.
FIRST AID TENT
Calling all volunteer nurses! While we don’t expect to have any emergencies, we are going to be prepared nonetheless!
